Tytuł:  nook problem z rejestracja
witam, mam problem z rejestracja nooka (Simple Touch), otrzymuje za każdym razem błąd. Przechodzę po kolei etapy, akceptuję umowę, wybieram strefę czasową, łącze się z internetem przez router.
I tu pojawia się problem, nie mogłem stworzyć nowego konta więc zrobiłem to na komputerze, tak czy siak cały czas wyskakuje mi ten sam błąd kiedy próbuje się zalogować:

mam dokładnie ten sam problem, od trzech dni staram się przebrnąć proces rejestracji i ciągle ten sam komunikat. więc jestem ciekaw-czy Tobie w końcu się udało? a jeśli tak-to w jaki sposób?

Cenna informacja. Skorzystam, jeśli w kolejnym czytniku znów będzie problem z rejestracją. Na razie czekam na wymianę, sprzedawca z Allegro uznał mi reklamację.

Tylko przy pominięciu rejestracji jest mniejsza wydajność baterii nie? Przy pominiętej rejestracji da się zrootować czytnik, wydajność powinna wtedy chyba powrócić.

Pomogło chyba za 3 razem jak już miałem pakować nooka do wysyłki do serwisu. Pomyślałem a nuż.... i się udało.

To Hard Reset NOOK Simple Touch, please do this:

1. Power off your NOOK Simple Touch by pressing and holding down the power button. When the “Do you want to power your device completely off” message appears, tap “Power Off.”
2. Once your NOOK has powered off, set it down on a clean level surface. Make sure that your NOOK's screen is facing up with the top of the device facing towards you.
3. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. This will start to power on the NOOK, but release the power button after 3 seconds and quickly continue to the next step, even if the screen has not started to display yet.
4. Quickly set down the NOOK and hold down both the bottom right and bottom left page turn buttons together, while the device powers on. Your device will show the ‘Read Forever’ screen and then will present the Factory Reset dialog asking if you would like to perform a “Factory Reset”. Continue to hold the two page buttons down while the device starts up, until this "Factory Reset" screen is displayed.
5. When you see the "Factory Reset" screen asking "Do you want to reset your device..." tap the "NOOK Home key" to confirm. Tap the "Home key" again to begin the process.

W routerze, przez ktory rejestrujemy nalezy zmienic lokalizacje np. na Kanade i kanal wifi np. na 6.
